Our Academy Programme works of its own unique curriculum, working on select training blocks dependant on the training load, number of weekly gamedays and player load.

With a holistic approach, each player will recieve their personalised plan each week and each month. Our Academy Setup is designed to develop the individual, whilst striving within a team environment.

There is no other system in Europe that allows unsigned talent a deep insight into life as a professional. Training Sessions, Video and GPS Analysis Sessions, Strength and Conditioning Sessions, Yoga and Pilates, Player Screenings and Weekly Academy Workshops; each day is packed with events.

Individual Development Plans
Each invidiual player will be provided with a weekly and monthly development plan dependant on their current state, goals and objectives

Partnering with one of Europe's leading physiotherapist and health providers, Policlinica SMD, each individual player is taken care of on a daily basis.
