Academy Philosophy
Our Academy Philosophy is built using years of experience within the world of modern football. Utilising a holistic and innovative approach we cover every aspect both on and off the field to create a well rounded learning environment. We believe individual excellence is key to creating a strong team environment.
The academy will provide and equip players with all the tools they could ever need to help them achieve their potential. Through use of state-of-the-art training facilities, a fully equipped gym and high class coaching, our philosophy focuses on the player as an individual, catering for all their needs on an off the pitch. Our approach truly is holistic as we aim to create an experience of a lifetime for all our players.
Top Flight Schedule

Our Top Flight Schedule includes six contact days per week. With over 25 to 30+ hours per week on the field and in the locker room developing Technically, Tactically, Physically and Mentally, each individual is able to live like a professional whilst adapting to the environment and culture.

Here at Real Internacional, Individual Development is at the forefront of our DNA and Curriculum. For us it is of the utmost importance that each individual receives both their weekly and monthly individual plans with constant player review meetings. This gives each player the chance to grasp their opportunity with both hands.
